Our History
Piedmont Property Company was established in 1995, however, the foundation on which Piedmont Property Company was built began more than 10 years prior to that year. After gaining extensive experience in both Leasing Brokerage representing Fortune 500 clients as well as Capital Market Investments serving institutional investors, founder, Bruce May, realized two key limitations of large brokerage firms:
- Providing the highest quality Tenant Representation was not the focus, especially for the smaller and midsized companies.
- The conflict of interest generated by representing both Tenant Clients and Property Owners leads to compromised solutions for the Tenant Clients.
With this in mind, Piedmont Property Company was created with the sole focus on Tenant Representation and a mission to provide our clients with an unsurpassed level of service.
